Factory Testing Completed for Upgraded RCF180S Drill Rig

Another customized RCF180S water well drilling rig has completed final factory testing and is now ready for delivery to North America.

The customer requested the use of 3-meter drill rods to improve drilling efficiency. To accommodate this requirement, our engineers increased the mast height by 3 meters, allowing the rig to handle longer drill rods safely and efficiently.

During the factory acceptance test, the rig underwent a series of operational checks to verify machine performance. The hydraulic system, rotary head, feed system, lifting mechanism, and crawler travel functions were all tested to ensure stable operation before shipment.

The upgraded configuration offers several practical advantages. Longer drill rods can reduce the number of rod changes during drilling, helping operators save time and improve workflow efficiency, especially in deeper borehole projects.

As a compact and versatile drilling rig, the RCF180S is widely used for water well drilling, farm irrigation wells, residential water supply projects, and other small to medium-depth drilling applications.
