Focus on Efficiency: RCF180S Drilling Rig Prepared for Overseas Deployment

Improving drilling efficiency was one of the key requirements from a European customer when selecting equipment for a new water well project.

o meet these needs, the RCF180S drilling rig was configured with a power head quick valve and side-shift mechanism before leaving the factory. The quick valve helps streamline drilling tool operations, while the side-shift design allows faster positioning adjustments during drilling.

The RCF180S is capable of drilling wells up to 180 meters deep and is suitable for various groundwater exploration and water supply projects. Its crawler undercarriage supports movement across uneven ground conditions commonly encountered on drilling sites.

Before shipment, the machine underwent equipment inspection, hydraulic testing, and operational verification to ensure stable performance during overseas use.

The rig has now been packed and loaded for transport and will soon be delivered to Europe, where it will contribute to local water well construction activities.
