The RCF200C hydraulic rubber crawler deep well drilling rig has been successfully loaded and is now on its way to Poland. Equipped with a 58kW diesel engine, the rig delivers stable power output and is built for continuous operation under demanding conditions. With 4800N·m of torque and a 15-ton lifting force, it ensures efficient drilling even in hard rock and clay formations. The top drive system allows 360° continuous rod rotation, reducing rod changes and significantly improving drilling efficiency.
The rig supports dual drilling modes: mud pump and air compressor systems. The mud pump mode is suitable for soft soils and loose sand layers, using circulating mud for wall protection and cuttings removal. The air compressor mode uses high-pressure air to discharge debris, making it suitable for dry, rocky areas without water sources. With a maximum drilling depth of 200 meters, the RCF200C is widely applicable for farm irrigation wells, deep industrial wells, drinking water wells, mini piling, and blasthole drilling. Its rubber crawler chassis ensures good terrain adaptability and low ground pressure, allowing the rig to move independently across muddy or sloped areas without the need for additional transport equipment.
