The RCF180S is designed for versatility. With a drilling depth of up to 180 meters and a built-in 0.8-ton excavating function, it allows operators to complete drilling, trenching, and site preparation tasks with one machine. This combination reduces equipment transport requirements and streamlines field operations.
The machine is powered by a 77.3 kW Yuchai diesel engine that meets low-emission expectations for European markets. Together with an energy-saving hydraulic system, the rig consumes less fuel, produces fewer emissions, and supports cost-efficient daily operation. These features help users meet environmental standards while maintaining strong drilling power.
The customer requested several modifications, including adjustments to the mast structure, control layout, and auxiliary drilling components. RanCheng Machinery provided design updates and testing to ensure the machine aligns with project-specific geological conditions and operational habits.
