RCF180S Small Water Drilling Rig Exported to Malaysia

An RCF180S small water well drilling rig was recently successfully loaded and shipped to Malaysia. Designed with a compact rubber crawler structure, the RCF180S is suitable for drilling in urban areas or confined job sites. It is powered by a 77.3 kW Yuchai diesel engine, delivering reliable performance with a maximum drilling depth of up to 180 meters, suitable for medium and shallow well applications.

The rig uses 2-meter drill rods, making handling and transportation more convenient. It can operate with either a mud pump or an air compressor, offering flexible drilling options. Despite its compact size, the RCF180S features a maximum rotary head torque of 4600 N·m and a lifting force of 15 tons, enabling it to perform well in a variety of geological conditions.

As the water demand for well drilling grows, more customers are turning to cost-effective and practical solutions like the RCF180S. The Malaysian customer selected this model based on local project requirements. Our team will continue to monitor its usage on-site and provide ongoing technical support and after-sales service.
