Machine Introduction

The air compressor fully realizes "convex-convex" meshing, which is conducive to the formation of a fluid dynamic lubrication film, reduces lateral leakage through the contact area, improves compressor efficiency, and improves rotor processing and testing performance.

Adopting the design concept of "large rotor, large bearing, low speed method", the speed is 30-50% lower than other brands, reducing noise, vibration, exhaust temperature, improving rotor rigidity, extending service life, and reducing sensitivity to debris and oil carbides.

The power range is 4~355KW, of which 18.5~250KW is suitable for compressors without direct-connected gearboxes, 200KW and 250KW are suitable for compressors with 4-stage direct-connected motors, and the speed is as low as 1480 rpm.
