Product Description

The Steel Ruler Water Level Meter produced by Henan Rancheng Machinery Co., Ltd. is a precision instrument designed for measuring water levels in wells, boreholes and pipelines, especially for groundwater monitoring in hydropower projects or earth dams.

The instrument uses stainless steel cables (improved type), which are more durable than traditional copper cables and can work reliably even in low conductivity liquids.

Principle Structure

The underground part of the equipment consists of a water level measuring tube and a bottom cover (sold separately).
Ground receiver: a steel ruler water level indicator, consisting of a probe, a steel ruler cable, a receiving system and a coil.
Probe: Made of stainless steel with built-in waterproof contacts. When the contacts reach the water surface, the receiving system starts.
Steel ruler cable: The steel ruler cable and the steel ruler are connected by plastic technology to prevent rusting and simplify operation.
Receiving system: Includes speaker, annunciator and peak annunciator with visual and audible feedback.
