Product Description
Crawler-mounted pile drivers are commonly used for the installation of highway guardrail posts, garden fences, and small foundations. This machine primarily performs three functions: ramming, DTH (down-the-hole) impact drilling, and pulling out posts. With these capabilities, it can effectively meet the demands of most projects.
1. Construction work sites with varying soil hardness can be managed using a hammer. This includes materials such as clay, soft soil, and medium-hardness soft rock and gravel.
2. The maximum post height can reach up to 4.0 meters.
3. The drive head can be customized to accommodate different post sizes and shapes, including C, H, I, and Z shapes.
4. If the construction site is particularly hard—such as containing large marbles, hard rock, or compacted gravel—we recommend using a set of drilling attachments to create holes before driving the piles. The hammer and drilling unit can share a single chassis.
